Tsumimi is the streamer at the centre of Red Chat Ritual – TSUMIMI TIME, and she is the character you watch rather than control. You play her viewer: across 15 in-game days you sit in her livestreams, spend a limited budget on comments, Mega Chats and gifts, and try to push her toward the truth about Mashiro — your favourite streamer and Tsumimi's former partner — who has disappeared.

That framing matters more than any character-sheet detail. Tsumimi is not a player avatar with a moveset; she is the person on the other side of the chat window, and the game's tension comes from deciding what to type, when to stay quiet, and which clues are worth spending money to surface.

As of 2026-10-17, the official Steam page lists a 22 October 2026 release date and states the game is not yet available on Steam, so most hands-on detail below comes from the demo and from developer-published story material.

What you actually do during her streams

The store page describes a day-and-night loop. By day you investigate; by night you watch Tsumimi's stream and intervene. Your three tools are comments, Mega Chats and gifts, and the budget behind them is finite — the page explicitly asks how you will use your limited funds.

Interventions are not just flavour. The developer states that choices affect more than immediate reactions and can shape later events and the ending, and that connecting clues and making deductions is how you uncover the hidden truth. The loop is investigation, deduction, intervention — in that order of emphasis.

The Mashiro thread

Mashiro's disappearance is the case Tsumimi is circling. The store page sets the contrast directly: Tsumimi smiles on screen, rumours flow through the comments, unsettling records appear in search results, and someone's obsession remains on a fan site. The deeper you look past the stream, the closer the truth gets.

Two promotional "incident reports" posted to the Steam Community hub in mid-October 2026 sketch the opening of that investigation. Report #10 (15 October) has Tsumimi passing through a tunnel where mysterious footprints were found and arriving at an apartment building where someone reportedly doused themselves in gasoline and set themselves on fire after being driven to desperation by debt. Report #11 (16 October) adds that inside the fire-damaged room she found footprints in the ash — identical to the ones from the hexagonal tunnel, which had ended abruptly there. Treat these as in-fiction setup rather than confirmed answers; they are marketing posts written in the voice of the case, not a plot summary.

Tone and content

Red Chat Ritual – TSUMIMI TIME is a psychological horror adventure. The developer's mature-content description notes psychological horror, depictions of violence and blood, and references to self-harm and suicide, and states that it does not contain explicit sexual content. The store page also says jump scares involving loud sounds or sudden screen changes are used sparingly, and recommends headphones or earbuds for the best experience.

Demo versus full release

Two practical points from the store page are worth knowing before you get attached to a save file: save data from the demo cannot be carried over to the full game, and chasing multiple endings may mean replaying scenes shared across different routes. The developer's own estimates are roughly 4 hours for a first playthrough and around 8–9 hours total to see multiple endings — those are estimates, not measured playtimes.

Player feedback on the demo has been generally positive but specific. In an October 2026 post on the Steam Community hub, one player called the game "a joy so far," praised the English localisation while noting a few awkward phrases, and asked for quality-of-life improvements, better livestream chat behaviour, and distinct typing or speaking sounds for the player and for Tsumimi. That is one player's demo impression, not a feature list.

Platform, language and version notes

As of 2026-10-17, the official Steam page lists a Windows PC release on Steam with single-player and Family Sharing support, and it does not list console versions. Minimum requirements are Windows 10 64-bit, 4 GB RAM and 4 GB of storage. The language table lists English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Japanese for interface and subtitles; the same table does not list full audio for any language. Steam Deck compatibility is listed as Unknown on the store page as of 2026-10-17.

If you plan to stream or post about her

The developer published streaming and content guidelines on 14 October 2026. Spoiler content should be labelled and tagged #TSUMIMITIMESpoilers rather than the regular #TSUMIMITIME tag; unedited full playthroughs with no spoken commentary are not permitted; extracting or republishing audio or video assets is prohibited; and monetisation is limited to memberships and subscriptions rather than paywalled or sold access.

This is an unofficial fan wiki page. Details reflect the developer's Steam store and Steam Community posts as of 2026-10-17 and may change at or after release.
